2017 Elite Summer High School Program

The 8 week session will be held at the Trenton Kennedy Recreation Center.

8 weeks include

• 15hrs    On Ice skills
• 15hrs    Strength & conditioning
• 15hrs    Skating Solutions skating treadmill, off ice stick handling, shooting, agility drills, quick start Speed Ramp and Synthetic Ice surface.

 Days and times of sessions
Mondays and Wednesdays 1:30pm to 4:30pm

• June 19^th, 21^st, 26^th, 28^th
• July 3^rd, 5^th, 10^th, 12^th, 17^th, 19^th, 24^th, 26^th, 31^st
• August 2^nd, 7^th, 9^th
